As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for assisting clients in obtaining loans for various purposes, such as purchasing a home or refinancing. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for self generating clients, evaluating their loan applications, collect and analyze financial information, pull credit reports, running the application through AUS, then helping clients navigate the loan process, work with processors, underwriters, real estate agents, and more, All while providing top notch customer service, and ensuring a smooth loan process from application to closing.
This is a full-time role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. Work from anywhere. In office or home office work allowed. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for finance and customer service to help clients achieve their financial goals through the lending process.

Compensation:
- You don’t punch a clock. Work if and when you want.
- Pay: Small hourly base + Commission per closed deal = unlimited income possibilities.
- Many Loan Officers easily make 6 figures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-year experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer preferred. Experience with other positions in the mortgage industry (processor, etc) considered.
- Have an existing MLO license in MN WI IA ND SD CO FL AZ or TX, or have the ability to obtain a license if moving from a bank or credit union LO position.
- Strong Customer Service abilities
- Ability to juggle multiple files at the same time.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good understanding of basic Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA, guidelines.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to self generate your own leads
