So What Happens Next?

Please check your email. You should have received important information about your application from us.

If you DON"T see it, please check your spam box. If there, you should whitelist our domain names, and mark any eMail as NOT SPAM so our important communications get through  Please whitelist @CambriaMortgage.com, @EricMetzler.net, and @elliemae.com. Depending on your E-mail provider, simply marking an eMail not SPAM may only works for that one message, not all future ones.

We will attempt to contact you shortly to customize a loan that meets your specific needs and answer any questions you may have. We normally try to call you between 8:30 AM until about 6:00 PM Monday - Friday. If you are unavailable at these times, it helps us greatly if you can try to contact us too. Call (651) 552-3692.

We need some documents from you: 

Minimum standard documentation for all applicants are

• Last 30-days of pay stubs (all borrowers, all jobs) 
• If Self Employed or own rental property, last two years federal tax returns (all pages, all schedules, including any W2's, and K1's)  
• Get Social Security or a pension? Most recent Award Letter
• The most recent two years W2's (all jobs - if applicable)
• Past two month bank and asset statements (all pages - real statements, like what would be mailed to to your home)
• IF REFINANCE: Most recent mortgage statement (all mortgage loans)
• Depending on your situation, we may need other documents, including divorce decrees, child support information, bankruptcy documents, foreclosure or short-sale documents, etc. We will notify you as soon as possible if you need additional items.

Watch for "Loan Status Report" E-mails and push notification to our mobile app about your application

Now that your application is finished, you will start to receive E-Mail notifications as each step of your loan process is completed. Many of these come via E-mail, so again, be sure to check your SPAM Box and Whitelist anything from us so you don't miss important communications along the way.
