Thank You for applying online, we appreciate your business.

SecureNow Step #2.
Pull Your Own Credit Report by Credit Card

Your credit is a major factor in making our approval decision. We will use the credit report to review and underwrite your application. While pulling your own credit report is not mandatory for our initial review, lacking a review of your credit report and credit scores will seriously hamper our ability to give you an accurate assessment of your qualifications for loan approval.
**

The initial cost is $10.00 per SINGLE person, and $13.60 for a married couple. We will be happy to give you a copy of the report (with scores) for your records. If you do not have a credit card or are otherwise unable to pull your own credit report, please let us know immediately for alternatives.

Full Name on Credit Card:

Card #   Card Type
Expiration Date   Year
Security code   typically on back of card (front on AMEX)

"Kroll" is the credit bureau used by Mortgages Unlimited. I authorize Kroll to charge the credit card listed above based on the applicants on my mortgage application. Furthermore, I understand Kroll will be listed on my credit card billing statement, not Mortgages Unlimited.

** We are NOT allowed to use other lender's credit reports for FULL UNDERWRITING, and we can NOT use consumer generated reports from credit report services you subscribe to. If you have a recent report (with a score) from somewhere else, we can use that for our initial look, but we WILL need our own credit report for final underwriting.
